This is a review of Cohen_2000_whirl_a_word_based_information_representation_language by user:Yandongl.
This paper presents WHIRL,a "Information Representation Language". What it does is to impose logic on textual similarity as a soft constraint. TF-IDF for soft matching. It support conjunctive queries and can be used for ranking, classification and other domains.
