In this paper, the authors varied the threshold T from 0.010 to 0.050. The figure A shows the cluster coefficient of AD patients is lower than control patients. But the difference is not so obvious when T is low. In figure B, we can see that path length L does show clear differences between these two groups of patients. In the intermediate range of T, the AD patients have a significant larger path length.
