Description

Suppose a road is being built form north to the south through undeveloped land, and 2n agents have purchased plots of land along the road. The agents w1,...,wn on the west side and the agents e1,..,en on the eastside. Each agent needs to choose what is to be built on his land - a factory, a residential complex or a shopping mall. His utility depends on what he builds and what is built north, south and across the road from his land. All the decisions are made simultaneously.
