For example, we want to know how a rumor such as Yao Ming will retire before 2011 was developed and broadcasted through the network. We want to understand how people became interested in this topic and how they spread this rumor to their friends and influence their friends' interest toward this topic. By analyzing the text they produced, we can somehow model the trend and evolution of this specific topic.
