In order to identify the relationships between question types and the selection criteria, questions are divided into three groups: 1) information; 2) suggestion and 3) opinion.
For example:
1) Information: How long after purchase can I cancel a plane ticket from Orbitz?
2) Suggestion: What is the best way to store unopened bags of flour for long term storage?
3) Opinion: What is the meaning of Xmas to the beggars and homeless?
