This is the syllabus for Social Media Analysis 10-802 in Spring 2011. The slides available may be out of date (from the last version of the class) but will be updated after each lecture.

• Thu 1/27: More detail on homophily
  • Assignment (due Fri 2/4): Write at least one wiki page describing a recent technical paper, and correctly link it to a dataset page and/or a methods page. If the dataset page and methods page don't exist, then create them as well. I'm writing up a list of tips for writing wiki pages to help you do this.
