About Me:
I am Shourabh Rawat. I am currently a Masters Student at LTI. My current research work is in Multimedia Event Detection and Recounting.
What I want out of the Class:
I want to know the current state of the art of Social Media Analysis. Explore to better understand the current techniques, their scope and limitations.
Projects
I would like to explore multimodal techniques (not just text) for analyzing social networks hosting multimedia content like YouTube, Flickr, etc. Such analysis can help in improving retrieval and customization to user tastes.
