Who am I?

I am Tuan Anh Hoang (in Vietnamese: Hoàng Tuấn Anh), a Phd student at School of Information System (SIS), Singapore Management University (SMU). I am working in Living Analytics Research Centre, a joint project between SIS and Heinz College, Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). I am spending the school year 2012 - 2013 doing internship in CMU. My research interest centers on social networks mining, particularly on modeling information diffusion process.

What do I want to learn from this course?

In this course I want to learn about the modeling user behaviors in social networks, and the inter-relationship between user behaviors and user network.

My proposed project

I plan to study the information diffusion process in social medias like Twitter.
