Submission instructions for project proposal

from&#160;: ANDREW email ID of one of the group members
cc&#160;: Andrew IDs of your project partners / mention them in the message body.
to&#160;: sma-instructors@cs.cmu.edu If you send email to above email address, Prof. William and TAs all will receive your email. DO NOT send emails to any other email address.
subject&#160;: should contain [project-pre-proposal] for preliminary project proposal due on Oct 9 should contain [project-final-proposal] for final project proposal due on Oct 16
message&#160;: email body should contain link to the wiki page containing the proposal.

When you are done with the project proposal, please send email in following format only :
