I'm a PhD student in the Robotics Institute. I'm hoping to learn new perspectives about various structured techniques.

Research Interests

I'm interested in computer vision applications (from both images and 3-d laser scans), specifically the "object segmentation" problem where objects are segmented from the scene and assigned a semantic label. My previous work has looked at Max-Margin Markov Nets & Sequentially Stacked methods for this problem.
