From this course, I want to get answers to a lot of questions I have regarding behaviour of people on Social media. To quote a few ,

• Do users prefer processed (summarized) information or individual, raw personal information?

• Do people like interactive learning or passive browsing more or which one do they prefer when?

• There are so much duplication of information on the internet, how do the less popular sites still survive?

• How do opinions spread across a network? Is it just the popularity of the source that decides this or are there some other network properties to it?

For my project I want to investigate deeply into gaining an insight about What makes something go viral on the internet? Study the patterns in which they spread and see if they have anything to do with say how viruses spread among people in real world?!! (not too sure about the second part though :O )
