In this project we would like to infer the location category of a tweet based on the words in the tweet (including sentiments) and the time of the tweet. We believe Twitter users:

Proposal

In this project we would like to infer the location category of a tweet based on the words in the tweet (including sentiments) and the time of the tweet. We believe Twitter users:
